Basement feasibility for planning permission

We’ve been instructed to collate a project team and work up a new high-density residential redevelopment in a SW London suburb. It’s tight up to houses on two sides so there will be a need for structural assessments, flood risk assessments as well as traffic management schemes for construction traffic when the time comes to build. It all adds a level of complexity to the proposal but where the price per soft in the end result is so high, this will increase floorspace by 20%, provide essential outdoor and plant and can pay huge dividends to viability of the eventual project.
